He is there from day one, and there to celebrate with you as you get your keys to your new house. We have the Avalon floor plan and we absolutely love it. Every space is thought out and well planned. The construction manager, warranty manager have been amazing. Able to answer questions and be available if needed. The best so far is that the home is built with quality and I haven't needed anything from them but they still have followed up and checked in on us.

I had an amazing experience purchasing an Avital home. I had several questions that Darren the agent was always happy to answer. They kept me in the loop on how the process was progressing.
