Get Pre-Approved

Meet with a lending professional to learn about your financing options, get pre-qualified for a mortgage and establish your budget. Our lender partner can be a valuable resource to offer a range of financing products to help bring your goal of homeownership to reality.

Find Your Home – Buy At Any Stage

Buy At Any Stage – choose from our move-in ready homes, one already under construction, or engage with one of our knowledgeable Community Sales Agents to help you find your new home.  If building from start is the preference, we’ll help you find the perfect combination of homesite and floorplan that aligns seamlessly with your needs.”

Purchase Agreement

Ready to seal the deal? Once you’ve selected your new home, meet with your Community Sales Agent to sign the contract and discuss the process.  Your Builder may be in the neighborhood to stop by to meet you!

New Home Orientation

Your Builder will introduce you to your new home and its many features. We will tour the home to confirm the installation of selected options and condition of cosmetic surfaces.  Your Builder will review key maintenance points to ensure you have years of satisfactory homeownership. Finally, we will discuss planned warranty visits and reporting procedures.

Welcome Home Celebration

Join us for a pre-closing celebration! Just a day before the big moment, we’re thrilled to present your completed new home. If there were any adjustments noted during the New Home Orientation, this is our opportunity to show completed work to ensure everything meets your satisfaction. Our aim is to send you to closing as a delighted Avital Homes homeowner.
