Avital Homes is celebrating an exciting showing at the 2026 Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes, earning a total of six awards among its entries in this year’s Parade.
With five Avital Homes properties featured throughout the Kansas City metro and four entered for judging, the recognition includes honors in two of the Parade’s signature award categories: Pick of the Parade and Distinctive Plan & Design.
For a homebuilder that entered the Kansas City market only a few years ago, the results represent another important milestone in Avital Homes’ continued growth and establishment within the local homebuilding community.
Five Avital Homes Featured in the 2026 Parade
Avital Homes showcased five homes during the Fall 2026 Parade of Homes, giving visitors the opportunity to explore a variety of floorplans, communities and design styles across the Kansas City area.

Together, the five homes provided Parade visitors with a closer look at the range of homes Avital is building throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Six Awards From Four Judged Homes
Of Avital Homes’ five Parade entries, four were submitted for judging and earned a combined six awards.
The awards recognized homes in the Pick of the Parade and Distinctive Plan & Design categories, highlighting the planning, livability and design that go into each home.
Among the award-winning entries was the Serenity II at 18925 W. 193rd Terrace in Spring Hill, which received two separate honors:

Distinctive Plan & Design — First Place
The recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects more than the appearance of a finished model. The Parade awards recognize the overall design and execution of a home — from the floorplan and use of space to the details that shape the experience of living there.
Building a Strong Presence in Kansas City
The 2026 Parade recognition is another milestone in what has been a remarkably fast introduction to the Kansas City homebuilding market.
Avital Homes launched in late 2023 and quickly began expanding its presence throughout communities on both the Kansas and Missouri sides of the metro.
In its first full year, Avital Homes was recognized as one of the Kansas City area’s largest homebuilders, with 178 housing permits issued during 2024.
That early growth helped establish Avital as more than simply a new name in the market. In a relatively short period of time, the company has developed a growing portfolio of floorplans, expanded into multiple Kansas City communities and continued to introduce homes designed around the way today’s homeowners live.
The six awards earned during the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes add another dimension to that growth.
