This is the 4th builder I have worked to build my personal home and I can confidently say this is the best experience I've had! Zalman is a hands-on builder. He is there from day one, and there to celebrate with you as you get your keys to your new house. We have the Avalon floor plan and we absolutely love it. Every space is thought out and well planned. The design is simple and sleek, and the workmanship exceeds expectations. You just simply can't go wrong with an Avital home! Missy, Zalman, Conor and Doug are great to work with!
The construction manager, warranty manager have been amazing. Able to answer questions and be available if needed. The best so far is that the home is built with quality and I haven't needed anything from them but they still have followed up and checked in on us.

Our experience with buying a new home from Avital Homes was exceptional. From first contact the realtor Patty’s help was invaluable. She really looked out for us in every way. The preferred lender at Communiy America Jim Alderman and team did a great job winning our business, getting us processed and closed quickly. Conor was our project manager. He is a knowledgeable and kind young man that was great at explaining the details of our home. Very reliable in doing what he says he’s going to do. The warranty coordinator Mike was also great to work with in the walk through process addressing any small issues with the wisdom of many years in the construction industry, giving us valuable advice in how to best take care of our specific home. Finally, the reception organized by Zalman and the guys I just mentioned to present keys was exceptionally kind and well thought out. Purchasing a home is business but it’s also personal and that’s how they made it..personal. We are so impressed and feel so valued as a customer. Well done and thank you!
